Equity Capital’s partners and associates have been involved in the Czech real estate market independently for more than 20 years, and with the company itself since 2014. In 2021, the current team came together under the Equity Capital banner.

Martin Král studied financial business and has been in the real estate market for almost 20 years. In projects, he acts as an investor and manager responsible for finance. In addition to projects in the capital city, he was involved in the construction and operation of the Rychtářka parking facility in Pilsen, and in the Pivovar business and entertainment centre in Děčín.
Karel Slavíček has been involved in real estate for the last twenty-five years. His domain of
expertise is land development and residential construction. As a director of acquisitions at
Newton Holding, and subsequently at EDIFICE Construction and Consulting, he specialized in
managing real estate projects from the position of an investor.
An economist by trade, Michal Mezník started his career in real estate as a broker in 1996.
Since then, he has spent his entire professional life in the real estate market as an analyst of
investment opportunities or coordinator of development projects.
Projects
The partners in Equity Capital have a history of completing a number of residential projects in Prague, including "Bydlení Na Krejcárku", the Poděbradská 52 project in Prague, "Rezidence Zlatice Park" in Vítkov and "Bytový dům Drahobejlova". In Pilsen, they stand behind the apartment houses in Sladkovského Street. And among commercial properties, notable works include the Pivovar Děčín shopping and entertainment centre, Evropská Park in Příbram or the Rychtářka parking facility in Pilsen.

The commercial building consists of a three-storey entertainment and administrative annex with a usable area of about 1,390m 2 and its own single-level manufacturing hall with a usable area of 5,557m 2 .
Pivovar Děčín Shopping and Entertainment Centre
The extensive complex of the former Děčín brewery has been transformed, giving rise to a unique shopping and entertainment centre.

The aim of the project was to revitalise an industrial part of Prague, introducing new trendsin housing and to give a new dimension to urban life in the area.
